Yoga on a Boutique Farm
Your experience at Fallen Oak Farms will be different from any other yoga class. We've had the pleasure of welcoming grandparents with their grandchildren, father's and sons, yogis & guests trying yoga for the first time. Our guests meet in our tranquil garden & after class enjoy complimentary baked cookies, bottled water & relax with our animals. We believe it should be an experience that leaves you rejuvenated, relaxed and of course smiling. Many aspects of yoga are about being in the moment and connecting with your surroundings. It's a reason why so many asanas (poses) reflect animals and nature. On our farm you will begin to notice and sense your environment. The feel of the breeze, the sounds of the chickens or perhaps it's the dwarf goats & snowy white pekin ducks wandering past your mat that will bring a smile and sense of well being. We look forward to having you at our farm too!

You' re sure to love our instructor Rebecca Piatt. She has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. She's creative, engaging and will accommodate any experience level. Rebecca is a married mom of three beautiful children. She is also the fitness director at the MAC fitness center. You'll definitely leave looking forward to your next Farm Yoga Class.
What to bring
Our classes are held entirely out on the farm. Please bring your yoga mat and dress accordingly depending on the weather. (New to Yoga & don't have a mat yet? No worries, you can use ours.)
We ask that children attending the adult class be able to enjoy being in a tranquil setting and on a mat for the entire class.
Are you interested in hosting a private event? Sports teams, corporations, or even mom's groups enjoy a Farm Yoga class to clear and focus their minds all while the goats keep it light hearted. Just let us know how you'd like to experience Farm Yoga. We'd love to help make your experience unique and memorable! Our farm is also available for photography sessions.
