The Tampa Green Houses is a venue rental, not an all-inclusive wedding package. Our collections include access to our beautiful property, designated event spaces, onsite furnishings, and venue amenities. Services such as catering, bar service, florals, décor, rentals, entertainment, and planning are arranged separately through our preferred vendors or vendors of your choice.
Most of our couples plan for an overall wedding investment of $40,000 or more, inclusive of their venue and wedding vendors. This allows room to thoughtfully bring together all the details that make their celebration feel complete.
We believe in being transparent about pricing from the beginning so couples can determine whether our venue and the experience we offer align with their overall vision and budget.

To preserve the intimate and immersive experience of the property, weddings at The Tampa Greenhouses are thoughtfully designed for up to 150 guests for a seated reception.
This guest count allows the celebration to feel connected, relaxed, and comfortably woven throughout the gardens and greenhouse spaces. Ceremony-only and cocktail-style events may accommodate slightly different capacities.
Larger guest counts may be considered on a limited basis, with additional accommodations required for staffing, setup, and event logistics.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own vendors as long as they are licensed and insured. A vetting fee applies for all outside vendors to ensure they meet our venue standards. We also offer a curated preferred vendor list if you would like recommendations for catering, photography, florals, or experiences.

Our venue is conveniently located just 25–30 minutes from Downtown Tampa and approximately 35–45 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA). There are many luxury hotels and accommodations in Downtown Tampa, making it an ideal area for guests to stay overnight.

Complimentary private on-site parking is available for all guests. Your rental also includes a dedicated on-site attendant to thoughtfully coordinate guest arrival, parking, and overall flow. Vendors are accommodated separately with private access through a discreet service entrance, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
