  • We can comfortably host events for up to 150 guests for a seated reception. For ceremonies only or cocktail-style events, capacity may vary slightly. Guest counts above 150 are possible, but will incur additional fees to accommodate the increased staffing, setup, and logistical requirements.

  • Yes. You are welcome to bring your own vendors as long as they are licensed and insured. A vetting fee applies for all outside vendors to ensure they meet our venue standards. We also offer a curated preferred vendor list if you would like recommendations for catering, photography, florals, or entertainment.

  • Our venue is conveniently located just 25–30 minutes from Downtown Tampa and approximately 35–45 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA). There are many luxury hotels and accommodations in Downtown Tampa, making it an ideal area for guests to stay overnight.

  • Most couples hosting their wedding with us spend between $55,000 and $95,000 in total. Final investment varies based on guest count, vendor selections, and the overall vision, with more intimate celebrations falling below this range and highly customized or luxury events exceeding it.
